Caitlin joined Boal & Co in 2023 bringing a wide range of customer relations and business operations experience.
A key member of the Operations team, Caitlin ensures the efficient running of our Isle of Man Headquarters and is the first point of contact for many clients and members.
Her role involves overseeing Boal & Co’s Isle of Man buildings and premises, reception area, operational policies and procedures and the management of third-party contractors.
She also works closely with the wider management team and various committees under the General Steering Committee (GSC) to support recruitment, HR operations, internal and external communication, event management and the continuous improvement of business operations and our employee environment.
In their spare time
Caitlin is Club & Team Captain for Onchan AFC. When she’s not playing, watching or managing football duties, she enjoys good food and walking in the Manx countryside.
